Cancellations Policy
Our practice requires 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a fee charge.

Ground Floor Access to the Practice.
The Studio has ground floor access however, being on the main road, it has limited / partial accessibility for patients with disabilities. We have a ground floor reception and small treatment room but only general dental treatment can be provided as the clinic is not big enough for complex procedures. Unfortunately it also cannot accommodate a wheelchair.

The front entrance glass door is wide enough for wheelchair access in most cases. The width of the doorway is 35.43 inches/90cm wide . We will be happy to assist, the best we can upon your arrival.

There is a WC (toilet facilities) a few steps below the ground floor, which unfortunately is not accessible via a wheelchair. This WC does have an emergency chord, in case of any emergency.
